2. Digital Footprint (NFT): A unique Non-Fungible Token (NFT) is created on the Polygon blockchain, acting as a digital title/certificate of ownership and authenticity, linked to the specific physical item via identifiers.

How TBTracer Can Assist Law Enforcement:

Subject to applicable laws and privacy regulations, TBTracer may be able to assist active investigations by:

1. Verifying TBTracer Presence: Confirming if a recovered item has an authentic TBTracer physical footprint.
2. Identifying Associated Digital Records: Locating the corresponding NFT digital certificate linked to a specific physical item's identifier, if registered in our system.
3. Providing Transaction History (Blockchain Data): Furnishing publicly available information recorded on the Polygon blockchain regarding the NFT's transfer history (ownership changes of the NFT itself).
4. Confirming Reported Status: If an owner has utilized the TBTracer system to report an item as stolen (functionality dependent on your platform features), we may be able to share this status.
